When the wind blows down a pretty oak tree, what do you do?

Make furniture from a fallen tree. There are men with portable saw mills just hauling them around town looking for someone with enough creativity to build something out of a dying or fallen oak. When I cleared this lot that I live on, I had a lot of trees laying around from hurricane Floyd. I cut about 12,000 board feet of good furniture grade wood before it began to rot.
