My name is Rachel and I'm new to the community! I'm working with Lawrence Anderson, an amazing architectural photographer. Though Lawrence is young, he's already worked with superstars like Santiago Calatrava and Lorcan O' Herlihy Architects!
We're hoping to become active in the online architecture community! Please let me know if you have any questions about Lawrence Anderson or if you want to talk about architecture in general!
But to get the conversation started, what qualities do you look for in architectural photography, or in the photographers?

Thank you for posting these photos and bringing our attention to this talent. I can speak only to what I look for in any photograph: Composition, dynamism, richness of color and subject, lighting, and depth.
Really good photographers can take even mundain projects and make them look fantastic - give them something half decent and they can make it sing!
That said, the photograph has to tell the story of the project. I think these two samples fulfill all of my needs, truely beautiful work.......please post some more samples.

Everything you need to know can be found in the work of Julius Shulman, a giant in the field who recently passed away in his 95 year.

Composition is key but I think perspective is more important for me. Love when you can capture a space from a vantage point that is unusual and gives the viewer an actual experience
