Bâtiments économes et bioclimatiques, tout se joue à l'étape de conception

Travaillez de manière collaborative et interactive avec le bureau d’étude thermique, dès l'esquisse

Comment concevoir des bâtiments économes en énergie, des bâtiments bioclimatiques, des bâtiments voir des bâtiments à énergie positive nécessite :

Réduire leur consomation d’énergie au minimum (chauffage, éclairage, eau chaude sanitaire, rafraîchissement) en optimisant les apports solaires gratuits et la performance thermique de l’enveloppe,
Une réflexion globale concernant tous les paramètres qui impactent le comportement thermique du bâtiment et sa consommation d’énergie.
Label BBC (peut être utilisé pour une bonification du COS)
Caméra thermique et test d’infiltrométrie
Conduire des projets répondant à la RT 2012 :
B bio max : besoins en énergie (valeur intrinsèque au bâtiment qui qualifie la performance énergétique du bâti en dehors de tout équipements thermiques, et ce dès la conception, donc dès le permis de construire !)
C max : consommations 50 kWh ep/m².an
Confort d’été : Tic ≤ Tic réf

Nous avons constitué un groupement de thermicien pour répondre aux besoins des architectes pour améliorer la performance énergétique future du bâtiment.
