The mission of this group is to transform and convert abandoned commercial "dead" vacant lots, empty buildings into sustainable affordable live work studio spaces for artists.

Creative people, architects, visual artists etc. are "foreseeable" seers of society. We
transform total enviroments from "nothingness" to "somethingness". We develop through our vision new ways of doing and being. Such a force stimulates others to do and to be. All focusing upon the common good of what is as well as what is to be. My energetic thought patterns alone cannot save our "precious" communities. It takes many team players and stakeholders, architects, artists, politicians, developers, contractors, tenants and merchants to come together to assist in bringing our visions to light.

what makes one part of a city thrive while the other parts fails ?

IT WAS A WELL KNOWN NEW YORK LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT NAMED PAUL FRIEDBURGH WHO FIRST NOTICED AND IDENTIFIED THE FAILURES AS SOCIOLOGY OF FAMILY COURTS AND A WELFARE SYSTEM THAT PROMPTLY DESTROYED THE FAMILY STRUCTURE IN ALL BUT 17 STATES IN THE UNITED STATES ..AND WHICH STATES HAVE IT RIGTH ?

ALL THE ONES WHO PUT CHILDRENS RIGTHS FIRST ..A N D H A V E LAWS WHICH P R E S U M E J O I N T C U S T O D Y
A N D INFORCE BANS ON ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCES AROUND SOCIAL HOUSING AND SCHOOLS ETC..

ARCHITECTS CAN'T SOLVE A FAILING SOCIAL SYSTEM THAT PUT A YOUNG BROTHER - I WITNESSED IN JAIL FOR ONE YEAR BECAUSE HIS DISABILITY AND CLEF CHIN ..EVEN WORKING TWO JOBS KEPT HIM 40 DOLLARS A WEEK AWAY FROM HIS MANDATED CHILD SUPPORT ...

NOW WHY DOES IT TAKE AN ARCHITECT TO OBSERVE THAT A WEEKLY VIST TO PROBATION WITH YOUR W-2 AND PAY STUDS MAKES MORE SENSE THAN A LOCK UP........?

NO BODY CARES ABOUT OUR BROTHERS AND THEIR PAINFUL SYSTEMIC FAILURES ...WE WILL JUST FILL UP THOSE EMPTY SLOTS ON THE MAPS WITH ANDROGENOUS SOLUTIONS

About our idea, I propose a method:
find a building;
architetcs, artists, peoples, politicians, developers enter in to the building;
every group could imagine an appropriate solution;
then we superimpose ideas and realized it.
