People will respond to the Quality of Public Space regardless of location .The Treasures often ....in our [communities]own back yard :-)The potential By-ways..parking..bike lanes and "emergency access". All benefit-ting user/owner's values .
"Vacant "is no longer a place left Idle! "Once there was enough Space to Waste but no Longer !" Farm-it / link-it/travel-on-it / make it integral .
