The jury highlights the sensibility shown by representing the industrial atmosphere of the neighborhood and integrating it to the project. Also the ability to rethink spaces such as the foyers and merge them with the scenic areas, giving them the same size, look and decoration, which the jury thinks transmits a very intriguing sensation that would be worth exploring.
They jury also wants to highlight that it’s the sequence of drawings what in this case was able to show the charms of the projects, opposed to a probably too simple and flat floor drawings.
