Thanks regarding the Gowanas story. When I look back I can think of other examples where just saying something to the right person, and saying it the right way, can lead to a positive outcome. I'll try and post a few other examples where I was able to influence a better outcome. Now if I can just figure out a way to get paid for the help I give :-)
