About Me:

I am the President of PrecisionArt Corp., an Architectural Design and Construction firm, that focuses on Restaurants, Boutique Hotels, High-end Residential Homes and Interiors.

Design Philosophy: To create a higher quality of life shaped by innovative design to help promote healthy built environments through a balance of contemporary and traditional designs while incorporating the newest in sustainability and technology.

Construction Philosophy: To build and provide a higher standard of finished product based from meticulous coordination between clients, designers, subcontractors and city officials.

Business Philosophy: Architectural works of precision and art begin with a strong design philosophy and end with a well orchestrated coordination of construction. Equally important is working together with clients and builders to exceed expectations and to create solutions that are enduring, profitable, within budget and on time.

The majority of work consists of inspiring and creating well designed spaces, owner representative for architectural planning and construction, construction management, construction documentation, interior and furniture design, coordination with engineers and contractors, historic documentation, state and local code research, photography, creating 2D and 3D renderings either photo-realistic or abstract.
