Dear Talal, thank you for your kind response, and you are right - more research and standard guidelines for ease of Shari'a compliance would be very welcome (I too have noticed that often, even though there are prayer rooms, the need for ablution amenities is not met in public places, such as malls and schools.)

I appreciate you bringing up some of the important issues related to Islamic architecture!
