i might have told u i am doing my 3rd year in nit Calicut, India.
i am working on a paper about using "hvac system as a design element in the building".
i tried a lot about this topic in net for the books and online info., but i could not get any info. now i am here for ur help.
Pls tell me if u know any info about his topic . any type of information that u have is very much valuable and helpful to me. it may be book name or online site or some papers related to this topic or ur [b]personal experiences[/b] in ur practice or while u r out for place where it is used so. I will be glade if u can tell me the building name where u came across this type of work and share some pictures if u have some.
A small introduction to my topic
HVAC system is a important component in the building and clients do spend lot of money on this particular system for installation and usage; to maintain their comfort levels in their spaces space with respect to temperature, humidity, air moment etc. If one person is spending that much amount of money on this particular system why can’t it add up to his visual plusher (i.e. adding to the aesthetics of the space )?
In this paper I am trying to concentrate on how the HVAC system can be used as a design element in interiors or exterior of the building .and Speaks about the benefits and problems involved in making it as a design element. How they can be solved.
If u r not if ur not able to recollect any example just think of the interiors of the food courts u had been or the pubs u went last week ends or before the usage of exposed hvac ducts is the emerging concepts in interiors of these spaces (mainly).
