Alright,

so... school is in full swing.

First couple of studio project are done. The first was a case study of different buildings. The study was of the systems they employ and how that was accomplished. My group was assigned the Salk Institute. It's a pretty straight forward building.

Group projects suck when someone doesn't pull their weight, especially when that someone is in charge of building the digital model.


We also just wrapped up a site analysis for our new studio project. We're doing a research lab on the university of arizona campus. All my other classes are much of the same old stuff. Urban form, we watch old movies about Paris. Building technology, we look at different methods and systems of construction for passive/ energy efficient buildings. Exciting stuff.
