Good Will - Members will show respect and good will towards one another. Members will not harass or advocate harassment of other members, such as by sending inappropriate messages or posting inappropriate comments.

Honesty - Members will not impersonate other members, celebrities, or otherwise falsely represent themselves. Members will not create "trolling" posts (deliberately posting false or provocative information in order to elicit responses from people who would not respond if they knew the motivation behind the post).

Tolerance
- Members will not post content that is offensive to our community, such as photos, videos, messages, or events that promote racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.

Selflessness
- Excepting a particular type of commercial solicitation conducted on a member's "My Page" (discussed below), it is prohibited to use the site to sell, solicit, or distribute unsolicited advertising or promotional offers and will not engage in "friend spam" (amassing a large number of contacts on the site for promotional purposes), or obtain personal identifiable information.

Commitment - Members will conduct themselves in accordance with the code and will ensure its authority by reporting any misconduct promptly.

Commerce

Commercial solicitation that has nothing to do with MyarchN, the subject of architecture or related arts is not allowed on the Network. Any individual or organization that participates in our network to advertise a service unrelated to our common discussions will immediately be removed.

There is a second type of commercial solicitation that is admissible and encouraged on MyarchN.
This encompasses individuals or companies who have created products or services that are related to our discussions. By using their "My Page" and permissible third party applications members can display and sell their products and/or services. These members are encouraged to answer questions about their products or services but should not "pitch" them. By "pitch" we mean the attempt to seek out customers or win approval for your products or services.

A member engaging in the second type of commercial solicitation should use his or her real name and clearly identify as a representative of the product or service in question. Under no circumstances can members post descriptions or prices of their services/products in any area of the site other than their own "My Page".

Spam

C
utting and pasting an identical message to more than one member or group represents a form of spamming. Since spamming is a distraction that diminishes the value that members find in a community like ours, spammers will be banned from the network.

Backlinks

Members that join the site with the main purpose to create backlinks to commercial sites will be banned from the network
.

When a member is "banned" from the network all of his or her content is removed. Unfortunately, at this time we don't have a way to temporarily "disable" a member pending resolution of a problem. For this reason, we will generally attempt to contact the individual before removing him or her from the community, but when clear violations are taking place the member will be removed immediately.

To maintain our code of conduct the following procedures will be enforced as needed:

First Warning - A first warning will be issued to any member who is properly reported (description below) to the administration and deemed to have engaged in misconduct.

Second Warning - When a warned member continues to ignore the Code of Conduct and is reported again the member will be either banned from the network or included in a public list of members with repeated misconduct. After two warnings the member could be banned from the network at the administration's discretion.

Report a Violation

Please include the following information when filling a report:
1-A brief description of the issue.
2
-Which values were violated.
3-When possible include a link or a copy of the content that contains the violation to the code.

To the extent there is any inconsistency between the Terms of Service and this Community Values a Code of Conduct, the Terms of Service shall take precedence.
We may modify terms of this agreement from time to time at our sole discretion, which we will do by updating this page.
