Comment by Michael McKenzie on July 4, 2009 at 8:49am - Very interesting ...However...it is clear that if those younger innovators design for themselves for their own needs/desires/ in their own time...they will miss completely the needs of an aging population, the larger half and growing markets of modern societies represented in the video by Mr. Lippmans mother and her desire for a cell phone SHE CAN USE....with failing sight,restricted mobility and no interest in text play.
