Because Green Design is resource efficient ;it nearly always cost less over the short term ,and without exception over the long term: adds value while reducing cost!
"green" design or "eco-design," sustainable design is concerned with the environmental/ecological, economic, ethical and social aspects and impacts of design. A sustainable approach to the built environment involves the creation of spaces that are healthier for people, conserve natural resources and energy, and are resource efficient.
Sustainable design takes into account the relationship among the health of the natural environment, the built environment and humans. It involves the use of design and construction methods and materials that will not compromise the health of the environment or the health and welfare of the occupants of a space. Quality Design actually is the cheapest way to accomplish your objective...every time.

Hi, Oz, you're going to laugh, I thought 'huh, under construction is a pretty cool name for a website'...and clicked on it! I appreciate the way you define sustainable design; a more insightful explanation than most. I hope you will spread your message far and wide through innovative projects.

Missing charm quark has returned ..to the human genome ...scientist report :
oringinally theorized in1974 a meson called the J/Psi particle was discovered. With a mass of 3100 MeV, over three times that of the proton, this particle was the first example of another quark, called the charm quark. The J/Psi is made up of a charm-anticharm quark pair.
